AllianceQ Fortune 500 Recruiting

AllianceQ is a group of Fortune 500 companies that have collaborated to create a pool of job candidates that members can access.  Job seekers who register with AllianceQ are then accessed, confidentially, by the companies.  There are a lot of major employers on the AllianceQ roster, including Starbucks, ADP, Bank of America, AT&T, Bayer, Siemens, Intuit, Mercer, and Oracle, for example.

Job seekers  register anonymously (it’s free) via QuietAgent and don’t have to provide contact information until they accept a job invitation. In addition, job seekers can block their current employer from seeing their profile.    After registration, users create a resume and select career interests. Then selected candidates will receive job invitations from companies that are interested in talking to them about job opportunities.

AllianceQ is a win-win hiring solution for both employers and candidates and another way to avoid the abyss of  receiving resumes from too many unqualified candidates and applying for jobs that you never hear back from.   For companies, it’s a good way to find qualified candidates, because the company is selecting candidates that are a match. For job seekers, it’s a way to get found by companies you are interested in working at – and you’ll up your chances of getting contact with a company because you’re putting yourself directly in the candidate pool.
