Founded back in the old days, 1988, one of the first college job sites started by sending faxes to college career offices. As the Internet grew, JobTRAK did, too, eventually becoming a full service college site providing job and internship listings, a college recruiting system, and a communications system to career offices around the country.
JobTRAK was acquried by Monster in 2000 and rebranded as MonsterTRAK. Back in April, we said farewell to MonsterTRAK when it was redirected to a more or less generic Monster entry level jobs and internships page.
This week, Monster announced a revamped MonsterCollege which “… is dedicated to helping college students and recent grads find the perfect job.” This new student experience, according to Monster, combines thousands of additional relevant entry level job postings and internships (as offered in the past on MonsterTRAK) with a college-based networking community.
